Chinese Man Conducts 220V of Electricity Through His Body

As you can see here, 71-year-old Zhang Decaux is using his ear to illuminate a light bulb. His gifts go beyond that. He can also cook a fish with his bare hands in under two minutes. And when he's not doing those mundane things, he's administrating shock therapy to patients of heart lumbar hyperplasia.

According to Zhang, he discovered his abilities when he was 47-years-old. He touched a live wire. Instead of getting shocked, he felt nothing. After trying this again, he quickly realized he could conduct electricity.

This seems like a tale from the X Files. All we need is to add to the plot is a tragic romance, a jealous colleague, and a misunderstanding public who is ready to accuse him of being a monster. This being China, though, it seems people are content to use him for medicinal purposes.

See the Night

Sometimes I wish I knew Japanese. If I knew Japanese I'd be able to know the modus operandi between this artist's illustrations. So, at best I'm guessing.

It seems to me there is an a theme of technology, sexuality, and the ethereal nature of physicality. In this picture, for instance, a man is bursting out of a woman's body. It is okay, she is not in pain, for she is being shed much as a lizard sheds his skin. One does not know where the being of the woman ends whatsoever.

In another work, a woman becomes a cage imprisoning a little boy. In another, some disembodied hands are sewing up a woman's throat. Admittedly, this is all very disturbing, offputting, but still very beautiful.

What makes this worth looking through is the emotional response this elicits. I defy you to look at that picture and feel nothing.

Siamese Twins Born To Cattle

Keeping along with my cow-themed day, I present to you this most unusual case of Siamese calves conjoined at the stomach.

It took four hours to deliver these calves — and only through surgery. Even through that, they were born dead. Poor fellows didn't even have a chance.

I don't know about you, but a creepy feeling overcomes me when I look at that pic. It's like some mad scientist has been doing experiments on them. Either that, or this could be one such example of beef McDonald's puts in their burgers. I'm certainly hoping I'm wrong about the last statement.

Sheesh, nature can be a cruel thing.

They Will Be Single Forever

The signs are pretty grim for these people. They don't take care of themselves. They seem to live in their own worlds. Also, they lack one very important aspect: taste.

So yes, they are probably going to be single for the rest of their lives. I'm not saying this to be mean. They just happen to be going out of their way to be as unappealing as possible.

But don't cry for them. There are different kinds of happinesses in the world.

The Worst Tattoos Ever

My girlfriend loves tattoos, and she's tried talking me into getting one. Sometimes, that is a tempting proposition, but then I look at these guys. This then reminds me how most every tattoo, eventually, turns out to be a rather nasty enterprise.
