The fellow above is Norwegian Christoper Neiff, one of those silly tourists who have decided to participate in Pamplona's Running of the Bulls. This picture was taken on July 12 of this year. Why is it that we always hear about the tourists getting injured?
With this in mind, while this picture gives me a queasy feeling, I have a hard time feeling sympathy for this guy. These are bulls we are talking about. If one got injured in the "Funning of the Kittens" ceremony, maybe I'd shed a tear. This guy is lucky he merely got gored.
Note to tourists everywhere: when partaking in a country's local festivities, make sure that your loved ones back home will see you return alive.
